Olaleye lamented that nobody seem to be safe in the country anymore.

He said “Children can no longer go to school. You cannot travel again and we cannot close our two eyes when sleeping. If the president cannot provide security for the citizens then he should resign as president.”

He criticized the Buhari government for not tackling the security situation when citizens were complaining, pointing out that if he had acted then, it would not have got to this situation where lives have become worthless.

He stressed that people voted for President Buhari because he promised to solve all the insecurity problems in the country.

“But where are we today?” he asked rhetorically.

Olaleye described the late General Secretary as the engine room of the union. Accordng to him, the General Secretary was on his way to Kaduna for their meeting when the train he took was attacked.

Olaleye said the APC government had performed below average.
