The Zone 2 Command of the Nigeria Police Force is looking for a top official of MTN Nigeria in connection with alleged violations of some court orders.
Lynda Amobi (formerly Lynda Saint-Nwafor), an Executive, MTN Enterprise Business Unit separated from her actor husband Saint Obi a couple of years ago. Both of them have been at loggerheads since then.
According to The Comment Newspaper, she is alleged to have violated a number of court injunctions and has been avoiding the police. This reportedly led to a manhunt based on a Warrant of Arrest issued by the High Court of Ota, Ogun State.
The warrant was a fall out of a divorce petition (Suit No: HCT/128/2019) filed by her estranged husband, Mr. Saint Obi.
The petitioner is accusing his estranged wife and brothers, Michael and Chukwumobi Amobi of attempted murder.
Other accusations levelled against her include denying Saint Obi access to his children since 2019, imprisoning the children and using mobile police to guard them without the permission of the father.
