Nigerian mum curses immigration officer who allegedly extorted all cash on her 14-year-old daughter who travelled unaccompanied

A Nigerian mum, Satchet Rayne, with the handle @Imoteda, has accused immigration officers at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport of extorting her 14-year-old daughter.

In a tweet shared on her handle, Imoteda said her daughter was travelling to Canada when she was extorted. She alleged that the officer extorted her daughter dry, leaving her without any money.

The Nigeria Immigration Service has since reacted to this alleged and has vowed to carry out an investigation.
