Ghanaian secondary school students beat struggling mate for refusing to buy them water (Video)
A group of male students of Dansoman Ebenezer SHS in Ghana have been filmed assaulting one of their mates who drives a commercial bus to support himself.
Local press reported that the hapless driver of a commercial bus, locally called ‘trotro’ was asked for sachet water by his mates who were returning from school.
The driver was said to have declined the request, incurring the wrath of his mates who promptly brought out their belts to teach him a lesson.
About five of the boys were captured in the video flogging the boy. He attempted to flee but was cornered by his assailants who continued to flog him till the video ended.
Outraged Ghanaians have called on the school’s authorities to bring the assailants to book.
