Sylvester Oromoni Snr, the father of Sylvester Oromomi Jnr, a Dowen College, Lekki, Lagos student, who recently died after being beaten by senior school mates has revealed that he is yet to receive a call from the owner of Dowen College.
Mr. Oromoni, who granted Arise TV an interview, disclosed that none of the key leaders of the school, including the owner of the school, the housemaster, or any other relevant person in the school had called to commiserate with him.
He said only a JSS1 teacher, who apparently taught the boy last session, called him since the incident happened.
Mr. Oromoni said the only time he spoke with the principal of the school was when she called to express displeasure over the fact that he shared photos of the deteriorated state of the boy online.
The bereaved father was still struggling with a lot of emotions as he broke down often in the course of the interview.
He lamented that the boy went through a lot of pain before he died.
