A Ghanaian lawyer, Maurice Ampaw, is currently trending in the country after stating that the constitution of Ghana forbids lovers making noise during intimacy.
The lawyer was speaking during a discussion on United Showbiz on UTV with Nana Ama MacBrown.
Ampaw stated that the offence was captured in constitution of Ghana as noise pollution.
He emphasized that there was no excuse for noise pollution, and claiming to be in the throes of passion while making noise was not tenable in court.
