A quit notice served a Nigerian man has gone viral because of the reason cited for the eviction.
The letter addressed to the gentleman identified as Babajide (surname censured) indicated that the man was fond of bringing numerous ladies into the apartment.
The landlord tagged this ‘prostitution’ and noted that he had given the tenant many warnings to no avail.
The landlord said Babajide’s rent would not be renewed and he should therefore move out of the apartment by the end of this month (November 2021).
