Event host, Evelyn Adewunmi, popularly known as MC Eve, is dead.
The host, famously called The Energy Goddess, was reportedly involved in a motor accident together with her boyfriend on the 12th of October along Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.
The boyfriend, who was driving, was unhurt but Eve was critically injured.
She was rushed to a nearby private hospital where she gave up the ghost.
MC Eve has worked with many Nigerian celebrities, and they have taken to their respective Instagram accounts to mourn her.
Her family is expected to announce her burial arrangements later.
