Married actor, Jide Awobona, uploads video of his traditional wedding to another woman
Nollywood actor, Jide Awobona, who is married with a child seems to have traditionally tied the nuptial knot with another woman.
He shared a video of the traditional wedding on his Instagram page without giving any information. He simply captioned it ‘eniyan laso mi’ (family and friends are the clothes covering me).
The woman he was getting married to was also not shown in the video.
The video shows him and his entourage of friends dancing into a gathering, with an ‘alaga ijoko’ (traditional wedding MC) issuing them directives before they prostrated for their supposed in-laws.
The same actor had recently dragged women who produced children outside their marriage, condemning the act because of its negative impact on the children so raised.
Awobona married his long-term girlfriend in 2019. They share a child. They also celebrated their wedding anniversary last year.
The latest video upload is out of the blue. No prior information was shared on his page and since the upload, no further information has been shared.
He simply responds to loads of congratulatory messages from his followers without shedding any further light.
Since he is an actor, some have suggested it might be a scene from an expected movie.
