BBNaija: Hug me like you hug other people- Beatrice tells Pere

It seems like Pere’s charms have worked on fellow housemate, Beatrice, as she was seen trying to worm her way into his heart earlier today.

The two were lazing around on the bed when Beatrice asked Pere why he was distancing himself from her.

Beatrice said they were bedmates (apparently because their beds are next to each other’s), and should therefore be ‘gisting’, but Pere always looked to the other side as if she had done anything wrong.

“It’s just me trying to… sometimes, I go back into my reserved shell,” he told her.

Beatrice quipped that she thought that it was because of Maria.

“F*ck that sh*t. Maria is not my girlfriend. Fine, I was attracted to Maria…was attracted to Maria,” he reiterate, adding that he had since moved on.

Beatrice further inquired if Pere thought she had ‘friend-zoned’ him, and he replied that he did not think so, but that he was just trying to be careful not to send wrong signals.

Beatrice wrapped up the discussion by thanking Pere for listening, and then told him not to be doing those things again. “At least, hug me like you hug other people.”

“Yeah, yeah!” Pere responded.

Recall that Pere and Beatrice kissed passionately on Monday night during the truth or dare game anchored by Tega.

The episode followed the accusation by the show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, that the housemates were boring.

During the game, Pere was dared to kiss Beatrice for eighteen seconds but the kissing continued long after the given time until the other housemates asked them to stop.
