Three suspected armed robbers were caught by security operatives in Orlu. Eyewitnesses said they were shot on the legs to prevent them from escaping.
It was learnt that the people who were already fed up with the rate of crime in the area, descended on the suspects, as they believed the country’s justice system would not offer the desired justice.
The suspected were reportedly forced to make confessions especially on the mission they just carried out, which they reportedly said was successful.
Thereafter, they were beaten to stupor and burnt.
