A Nigerian man with the initials B.E.O is currently being held by the authorities after a scanner at the Istanbul Airport revealed that he had ingested 844 grams of a narcotic substance.
The drugs he ingested were in 96 capsules and were picked out by the airport body scanners.
The suspect, who came to Istanbul with the Ethiopia-Istanbul flight, passed through the body scanner and proceeded to other clearance points.
For some reason, the person manning the body scanner did not immediately notice the drugs and the passenger was almost going out when they rushed after him and cornered him.
