A group of men on vigilante duty have humiliated a woman and her married lover who were caught in a compromising situation in Edo State.
A video circulating online shows the moment the couple were caught in bed by the vigilante men, who then started questioning and filming them.
From the questions and answers, it can be established that the woman, a mother of two is a neighbour to the man she was found sleeping with.
While the man identified as Papa Basil admitted being married when questioned, the woman, identified as Mama Purity said she was not married, but was living with the father of her children.
Papa Basil has a small cut on his face, suggesting he might have been rough-handled before the vigilante men started filming the incident.
The lady said she often helped Papa Basil to do some washing in return for money.
The vigilante men asked the partners many derogatory questions, such as who was more sexually exciting to either of them between their legal partner and their illicit lover.
Papa Basil said he found sexual relations with his wife more interesting, while Mama Purity’s answer was not clear.
The vigilante men proceeded to ask the frightened couple to kiss while mockingly pronouncing them man and wife.
Not all online commenters found the video amusing. Many criticised the vigilante men for the crude way they handled the situations, especially the derogatory questions they were asking the couple, with some suggesting that if the men asking the questions were probed they might all have other sexual partners besides their wives.
