Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has threatened former Niger State Governor, Babangida Aliyu, with physical violence in Rivers State.
The video of the governor issuing the threat is currently making the rounds on social media.
Wike who appeared to be addressing the press said: “Aliyu, thinking it was that time they were moving around saying they were fighting (inaudible). This is Rivers State. I will flog the hell out of him.
“Rivers State is not…. I will flog the hell out of him here.”
