A rainstorm wreaked havoc on Obinze, Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State on Friday, killing at least three persons lost.
Some building, including two churches and a brewery depot were destroyed by the dangerous wind.
The storm also affected electric supply as well, as no fewer than 35 electric poles were brought down.
It was gathered that the storm had the worst impact along the Obinze-Umuokanne road.
There was no report of casualties, but no fewer than 12 persons were reported wounded.
One of the churches destroyed by the rainstorm was identified as Beyond Principalities and Powers Ministry.
