The Kaduna State government has announced that 172 students have been rescued from the bandits who abducted them from the Federal College of Forestry Mechanization in Igabi LGA earlier today.
A statement from Samuel Aruwan, the state commissioner for internal security and home affairs, said eight staff were also freed from the bandits.
However, according to him, 30 students are still unaccounted for.
