U.S. President Donald Trump has delivered a stern warning to Hamas, demanding the release of all remaining hostages by noon on Saturday.

He cautioned that failure to comply would lead to the termination of the current ceasefire and the onset of severe consequences.

Trump emphasized the necessity for complete and timely liberation of hostages, expressing impatience with the gradual release process and concern over the deteriorating condition of those recently freed.

This ultimatum follows Hamas’s announcement to postpone the next scheduled hostage release, citing alleged violations of the ceasefire agreement by Israel.

Hamas accused Israel of not adhering to the terms, particularly in facilitating adequate humanitarian aid into Gaza.

In response, Israeli authorities condemned the delay as a breach of the ceasefire and have heightened military readiness along the Gaza border.

The situation has further intensified as President Trump proposed relocating Palestinians from Gaza to neighbouring countries such as Egypt and Jordan.

This proposal has been met with rejection from the involved nations and has added to the escalating tensions in the region.

The international community remains watchful as the deadline approaches, with concerns that the fragile ceasefire could collapse, leading to renewed hostilities and further destabilization in the Middle East.
