A viral video has shown the moment a popular male social media creator confronted a TikTok “baddie” Spicy Joan, whom he had invited over, only to discover he was a biological male pretending to be a woman.

The recorded clip captures the tense aftermath of her exposure as a man, showing her being stripped and confronted in Pidgin English.
He was forced to undergo an invasive physical search inside the accuser’s private residence.

The video opens with the individual standing shirtless, wrapped only in a white bath towel.
Despite having feminine facial structure, woven hair, fixed eyelashes, acrylic fingernails, traditional waist beads, and slight breast tissue development, the host behind the camera orders him to drop the towel.
Refusing to allow any further concealment, the host barks orders in Pidgin English, demanding the guest reveal his male organ.
Reluctantly, the guest drops the towel, moves his hands, and exposes his male genitalia to the camera.
Observers in the video noted that the guest maintained a soft, feminine voice throughout the encounter, leading many viewers on social media to express surprise at how convincingly the individual was able to pass as a woman online.
Bizarre padding tactics and prescription performance drugs
As the room was searched, the host and another individual present emptied the guest’s handbag on camera, uncovering items used to facilitate the physical disguise:
Water-Filled Condoms: Two intact condoms filled with water were retrieved from the bag. A voice behind the camera explained that these were placed inside brassieres to simulate female breast volume and firmness.
High-Dose Sexual Performance Medication: A search of the guest’s wallet revealed a blister pack of Hyergra 200mg—a potent prescription-strength brand of Sildenafil (the active ingredient in Viagra).
Medical guidelines note that 200mg is double the standard recommended daily ceiling of 100mg for treating erectile dysfunction, raising additional questions about the intended use during the visit.
Spicy Joan defends himself
In a series of videos he posted on his social media handles, Spicy Joan, claimed that he did not deceive the man who molested him.
He claimed he refused to have sexual relations with the man because he suspected he had an infection.
Spicy Joan claimed that the man got angry as a result of her refusal and called his friends to come into the apartment to humiliate him.
Sobbing in the clips, he maintained that his Instagram account shows that he is a transgender or an intersex woman, adding that his accuser chatted with him on Instagram.

While many commentators criticised the guest for deceptive practices and potential catfishing, digital rights advocates and legal observers have highlighted concerns over non-consensual filming, forced exposure, and potential assault during the confrontation.
