Lady calls out friend for ejecting her after walking around in towel in husband’s presence
Many netizens endorse her friend’s action

A lady identified on X (formerly Twitter) as @mala_sarkady has ignited a viral debate over house guest etiquette and boundaries after revealing that her friend ejected her from her home.
According to the user, the friendship fell apart after she walked around the house wrapped only in a towel while her friend’s husband was present.
A son of the friend snapped Mala while she was walking around in a towel and sent it to his mother, who was not at home at the time.
“Your friends really be your biggest haters”
Sharing her frustration online, the poster explained that she was only staying with the couple temporarily while waiting for her new apartment to be ready.
“My friend is kicking me out over me walking around the house in a towel while her husband was there,” she wrote. “Mind you, I’m only staying with her until my new place is ready. I don’t want that n***a, but somehow I’m the problem. Your friends really be your biggest haters.”
Despite facing pushback, the poster maintained that her actions were harmless because she had no romantic or sexual interest in her friend’s husband.
Netizens react to boundary breach
The post quickly went viral, drawing sharp criticisms from social media users who argued that basic respect, modesty, and house rules must be maintained when staying in someone else’s home—especially for free.
“When you are in someone else’s house, you have to have respect for yourself, especially if there is a man there,” one commenter noted.
Another user added: “If you’re staying at my house for free… you respond ‘my bad, it won’t happen again’ or go live somewhere else.”
Defending herself against the backlash, @mala_sarkady continued to clash with commenters in her replies, insisting there was “no bad in what I did” because her intentions were innocent.
