Popular Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, has revealed that he nearly sold the N400 million Abuja mansion recently gifted to him by real estate mogul and businessman, Ochacho.
Peller disclosed that he considered selling the luxury property because he prefers residing in Lagos rather than the Federal Capital Territory.
The content creator had reportedly received the N400 million mansion as a wedding gift from the socialite during his recent marriage to fellow content creator, Jarvis.
Speaking on the decision, Peller explained that he ultimately backed out of the sale after being advised against selling a gift.
“I almost sold the house Ochacho gave me in Abuja because I prefer to stay in Lagos, but someone advised me not to sell it because it is a gift,” Peller revealed.
In a video that has now gone viral, Peller said he decided to promote the music career of Ochacho’s son out of his own free volition.
He said he was not told to do this, but he thought to himself that if someone could gift him a N400 million house as a wedding present, the least he could do was to promote the music career of his son.
The young creator’s wedding has remained a hot topic across social media platforms, following high-profile appearances by internet personalities like Aunty Ramota, as well as discussions surrounding Jarvis’ decision to shave her head for the ceremony.
