“Go and get a job” — Actress Lizzy Anjorin slams Iyabo Ojo over private jet video
Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin Lawal has reignited her long-standing feud with colleague Iyabo Ojo following the star-studded wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon in Warri, Delta State.
Soberekon tied the knot over the weekend at a grand celebration attended by high-profile entertainers, including 2Baba, Zlatan, Ini Edo, and Iyabo Ojo alongside her daughter, Priscilla.
In a video shared on her social media platforms, Anjorin accused Ojo and her daughter of staging photos and videos inside a parked aircraft to create a false impression of luxury.
Anjorin alleged that the private jet featured in Ojo’s social media posts never left the Lagos tarmac and was merely used as a prop.
“You travelled for a party, just because you needed donations, just because you are broke and poor; that is why you have to travel with your daughter to the party. How many of them went to that party with their children?” Anjorin questioned.
Anjorin responds to invite controversy
Addressing comments from online followers who suggested she was lashing out because she was excluded from the guest list, Anjorin dismissed the claims, stating that attending social gatherings does not align with her professional priorities.
“I am not a party person. I am a business person per excellence,” she asserted. “If you see me at your party, you do not know what I have done for you. That is why when I am hosting a party, I do not expect much from people. I don’t prepare for a crowd. The quality people might be just five or ten. Must you go to that party, Iyabo Ojo? Go and get a job!”
Iyabo Ojo has not issued an official response to the comments made by Anjorin.
