‘I was sexually molested by a female adult at age 12’ — Media personality, Peller

TikTok Influencer Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has recounted the disturbing experience of how he was molested by at least two adults when he was in his teens.
According to him, the first experience happened when he was 12, when a 40-year-old woman took advantage of him. He said he was visiting a friend of his at the time.
Following the experience, he said he became sexually aware and began to self-pleasure.
Peller, who spoke on the latest episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, recalled that the second experience was with a man who was gay.
He said he was keenly interested in football at the time and he joined a local coach.
Peller recalled that he was about 15 at the time and did not know that there was a thing called homosexuality.
“There was an incomplete building the coach used to sit down and gather us before we went to play football on the main field,” he recalled.
The social media star said the players were usually fined if they arrived for practice late. He said he was unable to pay whenever he arrived late and the coach would detain him after others left for the pitch.
On one such occasion, he said the coach asked him to come closer and then he started fondling him.
At another time, he said the coach asked him to come to Agric in Ikorodu, and he went there to meet him.
“He asked me to help him bring something. The thing had no meaning”, he recalled. Peller said the man lived in a one-room apartment and they were both in the room when he turned around and realised that the coach had exposed himself.
He said the coach asked him to come over to sit beside him on the bed, but he refused. Peller said the man tried to forcefully molest him, promising that he would allow him to play full matches, but he stood his ground and stormed out.
The TikToker said the coach called him back and locked the door the moment he entered again. He said he pretended to have succumbed but asked for the toilet so he could ease himself. The moment the door was opened, he said he bolted and never visited the coach again to date.
“It was then I became wise and started doing my tap tap tap,” the TikToker said.
