Former Big Brother Naija housemate Tega Dominic has issued a detailed statement denying allegations linking her romantically to veteran TV host Frank Edoho amid the ongoing controversy surrounding his estranged wife, Sandra Edoho.
Tega’s name surfaced after Sandra publicly accused Frank Edoho of engaging in affairs with multiple women during their marriage.
Responding in a lengthy statement shared on social media, the reality star firmly denied having any sexual or emotional relationship with the broadcaster, describing the allegations as false and damaging to her reputation.
“I have absolutely no sexual or emotional relationship with Frank Edoho. Frank is a great guy and a very good friend of mine. There was never anything inappropriate between us,” she stated.
Tega explained that her friendship with Edoho reportedly began around mid-2025 after he sent birthday wishes to her mother. She added that they were already familiar with each other through social media and mutual contacts within the entertainment industry.
Addressing claims of private meetings, she clarified that the only time she physically met Frank Edoho was in the presence of her manager, Paul Ukonu.
“The first and only time I hung out with Frank was with my manager, Paul Ukonu, present. I have absolutely nothing to hide,” she said.
The reality star also stressed that both she and Frank Edoho were already separated from their respective partners at the time they became acquainted, adding that she is not someone who would hide a relationship if one truly existed.
Tega further lamented the impact of the allegations on her image, saying she had worked hard over the years to build her personal brand.
“I have worked too hard to build myself and my brand step by step to allow false accusations stain my name like this,” she added.
She also threatened legal action, insisting that evidence should be provided to back any allegations against her.
“This has honestly been very upsetting for me, but moving forward, my lawyers will handle the matter appropriately. There will be consequences. This will be the only time I address this matter,” she warned.
Meanwhile, the allegation has thrown Dominic under the spotlight once again, with a few netizens circulating a video of her making out with another housemate, Boma, while married to another person during her time on Big Brother Nigeria.
