Nigerian skitmaker and content creator Maraji has reacted to a resurfaced throwback video of media personality Frank Edoho sharing his views on infidelity and relationships.
The viral clip, taken from a podcast interview recorded about two years ago, showed Edoho claiming that men can genuinely love their partners while still cheating without emotional attachment.
According to him, women are generally unable to separate emotions from intimacy in the same way men allegedly can.
“It is possible for a man to be in love with one woman and still cheat, but still be in love with that same woman. He can be on the phone now saying, ‘Oh, I love you,’ and then sees another woman and says, ‘I will call you right back,’ and he is already invested,” Frank Edoho said during the interview.
When questioned over his sweeping generalisation, the veteran broadcaster defended his opinion by referencing his marital experience, saying, “This is my second marriage.”
The video began trending again on social media amid ongoing public discussions surrounding Edoho’s marriage to his estranged wife, Sandra Edoho, following allegations of infidelity and relationship controversy.
Reacting to the clip, Maraji disagreed with Edoho’s position, arguing that women are equally capable of compartmentalising emotions and maintaining affection for multiple partners.
Her response quickly sparked mixed reactions online, with many social media users debating the different perspectives on love, loyalty, and emotional attachment in relationships.
