Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has raised an alarm on social media after she claimed that police officers stormed her residence in an attempt to arrest her.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, the actress appeared visibly distressed as she questioned the presence of the officers and how they were able to locate her home without any prior invitation or formal notice.
Ogala alleged that the officers identified themselves as being from Lagos State and linked the development to an ongoing dispute involving her former partner, Pastor Chris Okafor.
According to her, she has been repeatedly dragged through multiple legal and police processes over the matter.
She said: “They say they are from Lagos. Chris does not want to leave me alone. He has carried me to three courts. Now he has taken me to seven police offices… there is one in Zone 2, there is one in Abuja Zone 7. He has taken me to more than seven.”
The actress further claimed that the officers had surrounded her house at the time of the incident, adding that she feared for her safety.
She stated that if anything happened to her, the clergyman should be held responsible.
“If you people do not see me again, you should hold Chris Okafor responsible,” she added.
The dispute between Ogala and Pastor Chris Okafor reportedly stems from a broken romantic relationship.
The actress has previously alleged that the cleric promised to marry her before ending the relationship and moving on to another partner, a claim which has fueled ongoing public exchanges between both parties.
As of the time of filing this report, neither the police authorities nor Pastor Chris Okafor had issued an official response to the latest allegations.
