Aspiring model, 20 calls out modelling agency after her explicit video leaks (Videos)
Critics say her facial expression shows she was enjoying herself

Lerato Molwelang, a 20-year-old South African woman, has called out an African modelling agency after an explicit video of her leaked online and went viral.
Molwelang is accusing African Audition, run by a man named Ivo Suzee, of luring women with modelling promises before secretly recording their explicit videos and sharing them for money.
According to those who have seen Molwelang’s viral clips, she was engaged in full intercourse with the man who allegedly presented himself as the owner of the casting agency.
The lady is now saying that her consent was never sought nor granted to record or circulate her explicit content.
She alleged that she was given the impression that she would be hired for modelling jobs by the agency.
In a video she posted this week, Molwelang confirmed that she is the person seen in the viral clip. However, she strongly disputes how the footage came about and how it has been used.
According to her account, she was lured under false pretences by what she believed to be a legitimate modelling or casting opportunity offered through an online agency.
Molwelang says she responded to an advertisement claiming to offer work opportunities, only to find herself recorded in content she did not consent to—and with no formal agreement in place concerning the filming, distribution or monetisation of the material.
She has described her experience as exploitative and misleading, emphasising that she never signed any contract nor gave informed consent for the content to be created or shared.
Molwelang issued a stern warning to social media users, bloggers and page administrators. She stated that any continued sharing, reposting, editing or commercial use of the video will prompt legal action.
Lerato Molwelang also warned that accounts using her name without verification are fake and unauthorised. Her official presence, she said, is limited to a verified Facebook page and one Instagram account, adding that anything else should be treated as fake.
The incident has sparked widespread debate online, with many South Africans and advocacy groups pointing to the case as a cautionary example of exploitation through fake modelling and casting scams.
They called for the authorities to probe the allegations and bring any culprit to book.
Some others, however, pointed out that the lady consented on camera to having intimacy with the man and wondered how she could claim not to be aware she was being filmed.
They opined that her facial expressions in the video were those of someone enjoying herself, adding that she is only protesting now because of the wide attention the content has generated in South Africa.
The accused agency and its executives have not issued a formal statement in reaction to the allegations by Molwelang.
