“This year will not see my end” — Allwell Ademola’s final Instagram post 22 hours before her death

The final video of the Nollywood actress, Allwell Ademola, declaring that she would see the end of this year has stirred emotions.

This followed her sudden demise on Saturday, December 27, less than 24 hours after she made the light-hearted post.

In the clip, the 43-year-old actress was seen sitting with someone, a young lady. She is playfully telling the young lady to sing the song for which she put on her camera in selfie mode.

“Sing now. It’s for that song I put on this camera”, she playfully tells the young lady.

Then the song can be heard playing on a sound system, with the actress miming it, “In the name of Jesus, I will see the end of this year; this year will not see my end”. 

The video has gone viral by the sheer fact that Ademola was making the video without knowing that it would become her last public message.

Following the news of her passing, the video quickly resurfaced online, drawing emotional reactions from fans, friends, and fellow actors who described the moment as heartbreaking and difficult to comprehend. 

Many noted the painful contrast between her hopeful declaration and the reality of her sudden death less than a day later.
