You may wake up tomorrow and find that I’m no more’, actress Doris Ogala gives chilling message (Video)

Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has made some alarming statements raising concerns about her well-being in a video she posted on her social media platforms.
She warned that people may wake up someday soon and find out that she is no longer in this world.
The actress said openly that she is suicidal, and at the lowest ebb of her entire life, following the treatment a popular cleric, Pastor Chris Okafor, allegedly meted out to her.
She posted the video on the heels of another one where he accused the pastor of dating her for years and wasting her time, only for him to announce plans to marry someone else.
A video of Okafor speaking about an unnamed woman has later resurfaced, with some netizens suggesting that the cleric was referring to Ogala in the video.
Addressing the issue in an emotional statement, Ogala explained that the video in question was recorded in 2023, during the period she said she was in a relationship with Okafor, and should not be linked to her recent public outburst.
She claimed she was even in the church when Pastor Okafor made the comments in the viral clip.
She appealed to members of the public to exercise empathy rather than ridicule, noting that she is currently dealing with significant emotional and mental distress.
According to the actress, her relationship with the clergyman left her deeply troubled, and she alleged that she went through several painful experiences during that period.
Doris Ogala further alleged that she was once contracted to assist Okafor and some of his associates, but the relationship later deteriorated.
She claimed that she was arrested and detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in Owerri just days before her brother’s burial, an experience she described as traumatic.
The actress also alleged that the arrest stemmed from a financial dispute involving one of Okafor’s associates who had given her money.
She claimed that the money was not remitted to her, and after repeatedly requesting the funds, she received partial payment before being arrested on allegations of defamation.
Speaking on her current state of mind, Doris Ogala said it took significant courage to share her story publicly and urged people to be mindful when reacting to individuals facing emotional challenges.
She emphasised that her intention was not to stir controversy but to explain her side of the story and correct what she described as a misunderstanding surrounding the viral video.
As of the time of filing this report, Pastor Chris Okafor has not publicly responded to the allegations made by the actress.
