Natasha Osawaru, the wife of famous singer Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba, has confirmed giving birth to a baby boy.
Osawaru took to her Instastory this morning to offer appreciation to God, apparently, for safe delivery.
She wrote: “I serve a living God,” and followed up with a picture of herself, her mother, and 2Baba’s mum: She captioned the photo: “Meet the team that will do Omugo for my new prince… dem want to finish me with love.”
That puts an end to the confusion over the baby’s gender. Many had earlier asserted that the baby was female, judging from a post by the Idibia.
It would be recalled that 2Baba split from his wife of 13 years, Annie Idibia, now Annie Macaulay in August of this year.
After he made the announcement on his social media handle, another announcement was made via the same handle, stating that it was a hacker who posted the message.
Idibia later posted a video of himself owning up to the statement and insisting that he was the one who posted the message and not any hacker.
Days later, he unveiled his new heartthrob in Osawaru, a lawmaker in Edo State.
They formally got married in August and went together to every location that the star was invited to.
Their union has now been sealed with a new baby, 2Baba’s eighth child. He has seven other children from three different women.
