A viral video has shown the moment a Nigerian woman, called Chinenye, stabbed a boutique owner during a confrontation over an affair with her husband.
The woman went into the boutique with at least one of her friends to confront the owner for allegedly having an affair with her husband.
In the video, Chinenye’s loud voice can be heard threatening the boutique owner in anger.
She tells the boutique owner that she brought her husband to buy something in the boutique and that she saw how the boutique owner was all over him.
Chinenye said the man must have returned to her later to collect her number.
The angry woman warned the other lady not to deny it if she did not want trouble because she had evidence.
The boutique lady appears frightened and intimidated and starts to beg Chinenye and her friend.
A friend or staff member of the accused lady steps forward at a point in the video, apparently to come in between the wife and the alleged side-chick.
This infuriates Chinenye, who threatens to bust her head with a bottle, which appears to be in her hand.
The third party quickly scampers out of the shop to avoid being hurt.
Moments later, the sound of a bottle being smashed is heard, and the wife steps back into the camera frame, advancing towards the side chick with the broken piece in her hand.
The boutique owner has her hand stretched out to protect herself, and she continues to beg the angry women.
The wife appears to strike the boutique owner multiple times on her outstretched hand and the shoulder before the video ends abruptly.
The disturbing video has created outrage online, with many people condemning the action of the wife and calling for her arrest.
Many are asking why she did not attack her husband at home.
Only a few voices are standing in support of the intimidation and assault.
