A young lady has taken to social media to warn fellow young ladies to beware of fake movie producers who set up fake movie locations to dupe and sleep with women.

The young woman in a video she posted on her social media handle claimed she fell victim to one of the fraudsters because she was desperate to become an actress.

According to her, she purchased the form with her money, believing they were genuine.

She claimed she was lodged in a flat where she met other young ladies, and she was reassured that the people were genuine. The aspiring actress said she was later to learn that they were also defrauded just like her.

She alleged that the names of prominent actors and actresses were dropped to convince them to part with their money for the forms and to be part of the shoot.

The lady further alleged that she was told she would play the role of daughter to Nollywood legend Patience Ozokwo.

However, at the location, no known actor or actress showed up, contrary to what they were told. Besides, no arrangement was made for their feeding, and they had to spend their money to buy food.

She said they kept hope alive as the fraudsters promised them that they should act their own part and the stars would show up later.

In the process, she alleged that all the men at the so-called location took advantage of the desperate young ladies by sleeping with them.

The young woman claimed even she was not spared as virtually all the men, producer, director, talent manager, and the rest slept with her at various times.

She said they actually set up fake scenes and asked them to act while they pretended to record, but it was all fake.

The young lady said it dawned on them at some point that they were being taken for a ride, and they decided to cut their losses and leave the location one after the other.

She called on those who are interested in going to Nollywood not to be too desperate and to probe very well before they submit themselves.
