Claims Regina gave Ned $50k to contest election
Rita Daniels, the mother of the famous actress, Regina Daniels, has alleged that billionaire politician, Ned Nwoko, paid some policemen to beat up her children.
This is coming to light in a video showing Rita speaking with anger over the arrest of her son and daughter, allegedly at the instigation of Ned Nwoko.
The video was taken outdoors at night. Rita is seen holding a phone to her ear and speaking animatedly and with anger while someone believed to be one of her children filmed her.
“You wanted a crown, you wanted someone with a shining star so that they could push up your falling star. You wanted a high star to push up your falling star. I swallowed it and kept quiet,” Rita said in the video, apparently referring to Nwoko.
She claimed that she did all she could to cover up for the politician.
“I was covering you. The same way you went up, you will come down!” she said.
She also alleged in the short video that people erroneously called her daughter a gold digger, but she had kept quiet about what her daughter did for the politician in order to cover him.
She disclosed that Regina Daniels gave Ned Nwoko $50,000 (about N72m) to contest his election, which he won.”
It would be recalled thata Regina had yesterday, Monday, November 3, taken to social media to allege that Nwoko ordered the arrest of her siblings
She also alleged that her brother was violently arrested and beaten up.
Regina warned her husband not to think that he was the onely one with the connections. She threatened tht she could bring him down, if not tht she was considering that he was the father of her sons.
