Self-acclaimed investigative journalist, Dr Kemi Olunloyo, has claimed that actress Regina Daniels has remained incommunicado since she absconded from her marital home.
Speaking in a live session on her social media, Olunloyo claimed she just finished speaking with Regina’s husband, Ned Nwoko.
She suggested that the problem was much worse than the public can possibly see.
According to her, only 10 per cent of what is happening with Regina is known to the public.
Olunloyo said Regina abandoned her children and refused to communicate with her husband.
She claimed that if she had tried this in America, the children would be taken away from her and be cared for by social services or put in the custody of their father.
Olunloyo also said it was a bad sign that Regina was refusing professional help, adding that this signalled denial of the challenge.
Reacting to a viewer’s question on what drug the actress was abusing, Olunloyo said it was a range of substances, ranging from weed to cocaine and codeine.
“She doesn’t think she has a drug problem, and that’s where the problem starts. That was how it started with Whitney and many celebrities that are dead today,” the controversial celebrity said.
Reactions to Olunloyo’s claims are mixed. While some endorsed her comments, others cautioned against making wild claims without any evidence.
Regina Daniels is yet to react to any of the issues and publications in recent times.
