‘Regina’s problem is addiction to alcohol and drugs,’ Ned Nwoko speaks on wife’s allegation
Politician, Senator Ned Nwoko, has alleged that the problem in his marriage with actress Regina Daniels is traceable to her addiction to alcohol and drugs.
Nwoko made the claims while defending himself against the allegation of domestic violence levelled by his wife.
The politician took to his Instagram page this afternoon to react to the video making the rounds showing his wife lamenting over her alleged maltreatment by Nwoko.
He claimed Regina had been battling with hard drugs and had refused to go into rehab either in Nigeria or Jordan, where her access to hard drugs could be restricted.
Nwoko said he had other wives, and none of his other wives had ever complained of his laying a hand on her.
The senator disclosed that Regina, in the last 48 hours, had destroyed his properties as well as physically abused three domestic staff.
He disclosed that she had moved to a place where she would have unrestricted access to drugs.
The politician said this would endanger her life. He accused Regina’s brother, Sammy, and a certain Ann of supplying drugs to Regina.
Speaking on the viral video showing Regina lamenting in their compound, he said the violence ensued after Regina, while allegedly under the influence of drugs, refused to take their sick child to the hospital.
Nwoko accused his wife of attacking their home nurse who exposed her drug abuse, and threatening to kill her.
He also shared a video showing a shattered window and a damaged car windscreen, all allegedly done by Regina.
The politician said that if his wife were in her normal frame of mind, she would have taken their child, Moon, to the hospital.
He alleged that instead of doing this, Regina threw tantrums and threatened to kill the resident nurse.
