‘I cry for my father, his compound is divided’, lady laments after his brother erected a fence against his siblings
A lady has taken to social media to lament over the brewing of disaffection among her siblings after his brother married.
The lady shared a video of an expansive compound with big buildings and a paved playground.
The late father of the woman and her brothers apparently was rich and built many multi-storey buildings inside the compound.
The buildings appeared to have been willed to each of the siblings, who might also have built more on their allotments over time. They, however, continued to dwell amicably in their allotted buildings until recently.
In one of the two videos shared, the lady showed the moment workmen commenced the work of demarcation of the property.
In another video, she shared the completion of the erection of a wall dividing one wing of the compound from the other.
She suggested that her brother had been living in the compound together with his siblings without any rancour.
The poster, however, suggested that things changed after one of her brothers got married and he started having issues with his siblings.
The next thing they saw was the arrival of bricklayers who proceeded to mark out the perimeter of the brother’s building.
The workmen then erected a wall to fence up his portion of their father’s inheritance from the rest of his siblings.
The sister captioned the video as follows:
“Brothers that once ate from the same pot, play together & build a home, not just a house (a) home of love is now divided because of one bad wife, I cry for my father. His beautiful compound is now divided.”
The video has generated lots of reactions, with many suggesting where they believed such a wife hailed from.
A TikTok user, Jenifa, wrote: ‘Father Lord, may I not be the reason brothers are fighting themselves”
Michael✌ wrote, “Bad wife is the worst thing that can ever happen in the family where there’s so many men, I pray it won’t happen to my family..”
