A Lagos-based woman, Jane Janet, has lamented over the indiscretion of the guests of a nearby hotel, who open their windows to expose their intimacy to her children.
Janet, in a video that has gone viral, complained that the guests of the hotel did not care about being seen from the adjacent building.
She narrated that her children’s room upstairs overlooked the hotel and was quite easy for someone peering out of the window to see what was happening in the hotel room below.
Janet alleged that the guests would leave their lights on at night, open the windows and part the curtains when engaging in sexual activities.
“This hotel is close to my children’s window. Every time a man and a woman lodge there, they will be doing rubbish. They’ll leave the lights on, the windows open, and the curtains wide. You can see everything, especially at night.”
Janet said she was prompted to make the video after she came to her children’s room in the middle of the night and saw that the guests in the hotel room were having intimacy without caring if anyone could see them.
She claimed she peeped through the window and saw a young girl who was staying with her aunt in their street.
Janet said she was shocked and called her husband to come and have a look to confirm.
She wondered if the management of the hotel knew what was happening in the room and the influence it could have on the children of the area.
