The lifeless bodies of two young men have been discovered along First Gate in Iba, LASU-Igando road, Lagos State.
It is not clear how they got there, but residents noticed the bodies in the morning of Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
The bodies had nylon bags over their heads, fastened tightly with ropes around their necks.
They wore no shirts and were seen lying face down near the canal.
Their hands were tied behind their backs. Residents also said there were raw weals on their bodies, suggesting they had been brutally beaten before being killed.
The police have yet to release official information about the incident.
