A Nigerian lady, Henrietta Dosuurshater Awen, has sadly passed away following complications from high blood pressure after finding out her husband was cheating on her.
Henrietta’s remains were laid to rest on August 30th, 2025, in Makurdi, but the matter has just blown open on Facebook.
Some friends and employees of the deceased took to social media to call out her husband, Sefa Awen, whom they accused of being responsible for her death.
How Henrietta Dosuurshater Awen picked up high BP
An employee of the deceased, Shamimi Anase, claimed she had no history of high BP before her marriage.
Anase claimed Dosuur was diagnosed with high BP three months into her marriage to Sefa, after she learnt her husband was sleeping with a married woman, called Loveth, who played a prominent role in their wedding.
The deceased’s friend and employee claimed that Doosuur complained of chest pains and shortness of breath a week to her death.
She wrote that precisely on 31st July 2025, she took ill in the office and called her husband to pick her up about 6:30 pm.
Anase alleged that Sefa took his wife home instead of the hospital, and was scolding her as they drove home, that she was pretending so that he would pay her attention.
The lady lamented that a verified record from public institutions revealed Dosuur arrived hospital dead at 7:40 pm.
By the time the deceased’s senior brother arrived before 9 pm, Dosuur’s body was already cold.
She alleged that the nurse confirmed that she had been dead for a while before arrival. Anase further claimed that a medical doctor, named Dr. Uzer, confirmed he had received a call at about 7:18 pm from the deceased’s phone number asking for a prescription.
Barely 30 minutes later, her body was allegedly presented to him. Anase challenged Sefa to disclose what transpired between 6:30 pm and 7:40 pm when she was in his care.
The deceased’s employee claimed that Sefa came to the Family NGO managed by Dosuur to work.
However, he managed to catch the eye of his boss, and they started a romantic affair, which led to marriage.
She claimed that Sefa moved into Doosuur’s apartment after marriage because he did not have a decent apartment of his own.
Anase alleged that Sefa, upon marriage, collected Doosuur’s mother’s Toyota Highlander SUV in his wife’s possession and sold it.
At the time of selling it, he claimed that he would replace it, but this never happened, as he used the proceeds to buy a Toyota Camry for himself.
Anase further alleged that Sefa obtained a ₦4 million loan from the family NGO led by his wife and used part of it to buy land.
She claimed that he harassed his wife to start building on the land. Upon that, Henrietta Dosuurshater Awen, also reportedly set her husband up in a laundry business in the North Bank area of Makurdi.
“In a meeting I attended shortly before the wedding, he openly told staff that since some of us had always looked down on him, he had gone for the boss and now had her in his pocket. He then gave us the wedding invitation card”, Anase wrote.
Suspicion of infidelity
She further alleged that Doosuur became suspicious of her husband and cloned his WhatsApp.
Anase claimed this was how she discovered her husband’s affair with Loveth. Through their chats, she discovered that Loveth had slept in the same hotel with Sefa and dressed him up on the wedding morning.
Loveth reportedly sent Sefa a chat to go forth and be a good husband after having a romp with him.
He reportedly saved her foreign number as Anshawa and her local number as Lyuba. The wife later uncovered this person to be a married lady called Loveth Orva, whose Facebook page is Love Loveth.
“In his chats with her, Sefa expressed how proud he is to lick her nyash. Yeah, you read that right, nyash. Your innocent dude licked another man’s wife’s anus and chatted about it proudly,” Anase wrote
She alleged that after his wife’s death, Sefa summoned a meeting where he told the staff that work must go on in spite of his wife’s demise.
Anase claimed that most of the things Doosuur passed through, she documented in her diary.
She also published excerpts from the diary on Facebook.
