The lady who went viral over her altercation with officials of Ibom Air, Miss Comfort Emmanson, has lamented that she is no longer free to move about after her exposed bosom was circulated widely on social media.
Comfort Emmanson, who spoke for the first time since her blowout with Ibom Air officials, said the crisis was instigated by an Ibom Air hostess she identified as Juliana Edwards.
In a video she posted on her Instagram account, @soft_commy, the viral Ibom Air passenger lamented that she was given an embarrassment she had never experienced in her life.
The viral passenger said her wig was yanked off, her gold jewel and mobile phones were damaged.
Giving the genesis of the crisis, Emmanson said it was all about her two phones, which the air hostesses wanted her to turn off.
She said she had a challenge shutting them off, and she told the crew he problem, but they were not willing to help her.
The embattled passenger said she showed Edwards that the power button for one of her phones was bad.
She recalled that Edwards told her she could turn it off without the power button, but she did not know how to.
The lady said Edwards directed her to go to her phone settings and to General. She said at that point she pleaded with her to help her, but Edwards declined, saying something like, ‘children nowadays…’
Emmanson said she proceeded to ask Edwards to spell general for her, and she cast her a contemptuous look.
She said she then turned to the man beside her to help her, and he helped her switch the two phones off.
Emmanson said Edwards threatened her during their exchange that she would see, but she did not take it to heart since she had already complied.
The passenger said that when the plane landed, she went to pee but found that someone was already inside, so she waited.
She said she went inside the moment the person came out, and she did not stay too long in there before she came out.
Emmanson claimed she took her belongings and was trying to get out when Edwards blocked her way.
She claimed she told Edwards many times to allow her passages, but she stood there using looking at her condescendingly.
The passenger accused Edwards of pushing her inside, dragging her frontal out, cutting her gold chain, making her drop her phones and tearing her top.
She said the pain of her frontal removal made her confront Edwards and attack her afterwards.
The viral Ibom Air passenger said she would not attack an elderly woman, old enough to be my mother, if she did not inflict pain on her and call her a prostitute.
She accused the security officials of touching her as they were dragging her, while the air hostesses recorded her.
Emmanson lamented that her body is now “out there”, with some people using it as a sticker.
She said she did not know how she would be going for job interviews or even continuing in her profession in real estate.
Imagine going to sell or advertise a property to a client, and they will be looking at my breasts. Imagine what my unborn kids or the man that will marry will say about my reputation.”
She appreciated Nigerians who had shown her support and fought for her when she was in prison.
Emmanson lamented that people are now mocking her everywhere she goes about her body that is on social media.
The lady insisted she was not a nuisance and did not refuse to switch off her phone.
