A trending video has shown the moment an Asaba man pinned down his brother inside a street’s open drainage and continuously pummelled him.
The incident reportedly happened in Asaba, Delta State, recently.
The husband reportedly caught his younger brother in a compromising position with his wife and engaged him in fisticuffs.
The video shows the moment the elder brother pinned his brother inside the open drainage and rained blows on him.
The younger brother is helpless and within an inch of his life.
Alarmed neighbours can be heard questioning the elder brother, “You go kill am o!” (You will end up killing him!)
But a female voice asks the others to leave them. “If na you dem carry your wife dey knack, you go take am?” (If you were the one they slept with your wife, would you take it lightly?)
Some men believed to be part of the street vigilante body can be seen trying to restrain the aggrieved brother.
They spray his face with what is believed to be pepper spray, but it of no effect on him as he continues to hit his prostrate brother.
Another holds his hand, but he breaks free and still continues to hit his brother.
