A trending video has shown the moment a traffic robber was shot dead after he snatched a phone in Brazil.
The incident reportedly happened in Brazil last Tuesday, August 12, during a traffic snarl on a busy Sao Paulo road.
The video shows the suspected robber on a bike struggling with the driver of a car held up in the traffic.
Then, he suddenly stops and tries to flee, while two shots ring out. A third shot is fired by the motorist at the robber now out of the camera frame.
Local reports indicated that the robber was rushed to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his wounds.
The authorities are yet to release the full details of the suspected snatcher and the motorist.
