Netizens unearth her marriage picture
A lady, Rocca, celebrated on X (Twitter) as a side hoe by the embattled Pastor Joshua Kesena, in a September 9, 2016, tweet, is now married.
Recall that Pastor Kesena, known as Ope’s husband on X has been trending on Nigeria’s the platform after some users unearthed an old tweet of his celebrating Rocca as his ‘side hoe’ who never turned down his late-night booty calls.
A booty call is a phone call or text message a man initiates to a woman to invite her for sex.
Pastor Kesena sent the congratulatory tweet about 9 am on the birthday of the lady in question.
He brazenly attached a picture of himself in close embrace with Rocca in the controversial tweet. He also unabashedly tagged her X handle.
He has now deleted the tweet, following intense backlash. However, the screenshot is all over social media.
When the scandal broke out, many commentators had blasted Pastor Kesena for his thoughtlessness in making such a tweet.
Many wondered if he had no regard for the future of the lady in question or his own future at the time he made the tweet.
Some netizens who have turned themselves into detectives over the cleric’s issue have unearthed the side chick’s marriage picture to confirm that she is now married to another man.
Some also criticised the lady in question for allowing a man to disparage her on a global platform that can be accessible to her future husband and children years later.
The issue degenerated even further when a video of Pastor Kesena’s wife, Opeyemi, was found where she complained that her husband made love to her two weeks after delivering their baby.
In a YouTube video posted online, Opeyemi claimed that she wept through the ordeal. She said her husband, however, did not notice.
Kesena apologised in the video, saying he had no idea his wife was in pain. He regretted prioritising sex over his wife’s wellbeing.
People believe the episode is another evidence that Kesena is selfish and thoughtless. Some have advised the wife to leave him.
The embattled pastor has not commented on the issue so far.
