An American doctor, Dr. David Diffine, has lost his practising licence after he was caught on CCTV camera performing a sex act on an employee.
A leaked video showed the controversial doctor months ago walking around his practice in Arkansas completely nude.
Reports indicated that he does that very often, claiming to be a naturalist. However, his staff were too intimidated to report to the authorities.
Sometimes the only thing on him is a baseball cap and a pair of socks.
A clip shows him walking through patient areas, staying briefly at the reception desk, where three female staff members were working.
KAIT reported that Diffine entered patient rooms and proceeded to lie at the reception, where he performed a sex act.
On that occasion, he reportedly ejaculated on one employee who was also his patient.
A whistleblower finally opened the lid on his alleged sexual depravity. The anonymous whistleblower accused him of making sexual overtures to staff and patients.
A medical board first suspended Diffine’s licence in 2024 when they learnt of the behaviour, while they investigated further.
The board has now suspended his licence for five years, citing expert concerns from Dr. Bradley Diner of the Arkansas Medical Foundation.
Diner had warned that the controversial doctor could be suffering from “sexual compulsive disorder or paraphilia” that could compromise patient safety.
Members of the State Medical Board then voted to strip him of his license.
They believed it was the right thing to do after speaking with some of his staff and some patients.
Diffine never admitted to any of the conduct he was accused of, despite the video evidence.
He reportedly told investigators he had no idea what he was being accused of and insisted on seeing the evidence to have an idea what it was all about.
