Naira Marley doesn’t even talk, he’s nice- Actress Angela Okorie defends Naira Marley

Controversial actress, Angela Okorie, has risen in defence of singer Naira Marley.

Okorie posted a video on her Instagram page this morning, eulogising Naira Marley and sharing some help he had rendered to her in the past.

She disclosed that during her birthday some time ago, Naira Marley sent her a lot of money.

Okorie, a single mother of one, recalled that when she released her song, Naira Marley gave her massive support and encouragement.

She said the kind of encouragement the singer had given her, no one else had in “this demonic industry”.

‘He gave me lots of money. I was shocked,” Okorie declared. She said this was a refreshing difference from the norm in the industry where people envy each other ‘for nothing’.

The actress disclosed that she later went to see Naira Marley and thanked him for attending her birthday.

Okorie said she even suggested a collaboration with him, and he accepted the idea instantly.

She disclosed that Naira Marley went ahead to promote the song on his own.

According to her, Naira Marley “doesn’t even talk. He is not a fighter.”

Okorie’s defence is against the backdrop of accusations of bullying levelled against Naira Marley by some Nigerians.

The singer was accused of victimising the late Mohbad, who was his signee when he was alive.
