Please, remove your charms when coming to theatre for surgery – Doctor tells Nigerians

A Nigerian medical practitioner, DS Omeiza, has counselled Nigerians to remove “charms” attached to their bodies before being wheeled into theatre for surgery.

The medical doctor took to his Facebook page to give the advice today, Sunday, July 6, 2025.

Omeiza argued that if a charm could not cure the ailment then it would not be needed to ensure a successful surgery.
