Good Samaritan pays bill of random girl after her date absconded at high brow restaurant (Video)
A man has bailed out a lady after her date abandoned her with a hefty bill at a highbrow restaurant.
The video of the embarrassing situation the pretty lady found herself in has now gone viral.
The video shows the Good Samaritan tongue-lashing the lady for ordering N52,500 worth of food on a casual date with a man.
“You cannot go out on your own and order this huge amount of food. This is too much. This is how you send our young men into stealing and other crimes,” the man said.
When asked if the man had indeed disappeared, she said he was nowhere to be found and expressed hope that he might still come back.
But the Good Samaritan said he was sure the man would not come back.
“If you were the one, would you come back with the huge bill you have run up?”
He later told the cashier he would pay for the food. He ordered his aides to collect the food from the lady and give it to some security guards to eat for their lunch.
He declined to give the stranded lady anything.
He reasoned that if he gave the girl the ordered food after paying for it, he would be rewarding bad behaviour.
