A Nigerian lady, Jubilee Kamara, has fallen ill and is in need of medical treatment after suffering an emotional breakdown when her fiancé unexpectedly cancelled their wedding just two weeks before the ceremony.
Sharing her ordeal on TikTok, the devastated bride-to-be revealed through a captioned video that the wedding had been fully planned and was just days away.
The video showed her visibly emotional and receiving intravenous treatment while shedding tears.
“He cancelled the wedding two weeks prior to the scheduled date,” she wrote.
An elderly woman presumed to be Jubilee’s mother and other family members can be seen in the living room, sitting near the grieving lady.
In an earlier post, she had disclosed that her fiancé called off their relationship after she insisted she would not get pregnant until the marriage was formally contracted.
The post sparked a wave of emotional reactions online, with many sympathising and others offering spiritual encouragement.
