A grieving Nigerian widow has shared the emotional story of how her husband, who built a new home, tragically died two months before they could move in.
A TikTok user @mummygeraldine, posted the video of the widow who revealed that her husband had planned to open the house in May. Sadly, he passed away in March.
In a twist of fate, the man was buried in May—the same month he had intended to inaugurate their new home.
The tiles in the living room were broken to dig a grave where the man was laid to rest.
Expressing her grief in the video, the widow said:
“You said we would be opening our house by May, and in May, you were buried inside your parlour.”
She added a heartfelt message:
“Oh, my darling husband. Don’t rest until you bring your killers down. March 30—a day to always remember. Then May 7, your remembrance day, my forever love.”
