Nigerian porn star, Elizabeth Ajibola, known as Maami Igbagbo in adult film circles has announced that she has given her life to Christ.
Ajibola, who was the girlfriend of a popular male adult content maker, Kingtblakhoc, took to social media to share the news.
On Twitter, she shared a video of herself in a white garment with gospel music playing in the background.
Then she quoted her February tweet where she said she was retiring from the adult film business.
In the February 24, 2025, tweet, she had written: “I am retiring from Adult Entertainment Industry. Its been an amazing journey.”
The tweet did not generate much traction at the time because people apparently did not take her serious. But after she posted a new video showing her in a white garment, many X users revisited her tweet and posed questions to her.
An X user, @theoriccy, asked her if she had deleted her old videos in the spirit of true repentance.
He wrote:
“Hope u also deleted all d videos in our phones too
Cos d thing plenty both offline n online
Anyways, good ur retiring
Please teach our young girls why wat u did is forbidden n they shouldn’t dare try it
Happy 4 ur retirement”
Ajibola responded to the tweet this morning, May 14, 2025. She wrote:
“I used the little money I made from p0rn to find myself. You think ordinary woman can be me? Use your overthinking for yourself, you need it more than I do.”
Many are still taking the news of Maami Igbagbo’s conversion with a pinch of salt.
@Harrow20155 wrote: “When you are done deceiving yourself you will stop. Done with Adult film industry and you still have all those videos on your pages. Okay nau. Continue. When you are done you go wear your costume back and carry camera.”
It remains to be seen how true her repentance is.
