The incident, which occurred as she was being escorted to the venue, saw security personnel and event organizers struggle to navigate her through a densely packed crowd of students. Amid the commotion, her wig was accidentally yanked off by the pressing audience.
A viral video captured the chaotic scene, showing Deborah being shielded by her team and fellow gospel minister BBO as they pushed through the crowd. Despite the frenzy, the singer remained composed, calmly readjusting her wig once it was retrieved and proceeding with her performance as planned.
